Privacy standards here go well above and beyond that which is mandated by law (HIPAA regulations). The exterior of the building is unmarked, except for the "403" label, to maintain anonymity. Staff is specifically trained in privacy procedures.

Medical records are highly protected, kept behind 4 independently locking doors, and further guarded by an alarm. Individual charts have no names on the outside, only a one-way encrypted code, for maximal privacy.

There are also 5 different closed waiting rooms, so that each patient will always have their own room. This allows for a high level of privacy, as well as peaceful comfort when waiting for an appointment.
