Jamie Price has fostered the spirit of the fitness lifestyle for over 20 years. As a youth growing up in San Diego, CA, she realized the mental, as well as physical, benefits of exercise and became an avid runner, cyclist and weight trainer. Ever striving for knowledge and with her mind set on a career as a personal trainer, Jamie studied Physical Education and Nutrition at San Diego Mesa College and completed her Culinary Apprenticeship at the San Diego Chefs de Cuisine.
She moved to Seattle, WA, and while succeeding in a business career, she continued to pursue her passion by acquiring three national fitness certifications. One of her most enriching experiences was having the opportunity to study under Billy Blanks, the founder of Tae Bo.
Since 2006, she has been counseling individuals in personal fitness and nutrition as well as leading groups through cardio/resistance circuits and programs to enhance core strength, flexibility and stability. She enjoys developing personal strategies to aid each individual in the fitness lifestyle process and is always willing to share her knowledge and experience.
