A simple and calming mental exercise, meditation is the practice of training the mind to maintain deep and focused concentration. In addition to an immediate sense of peace and relaxation, over time many participants experience improvements in mood, blood pressure, self-control and emotional balance.
Practice Meditation at The Delray Center for Healing
Opportunities to learn and practice meditation are offered through Bamboo Garden Yoga, a yoga sanctuary located near the Delray Center for Healing. Clients can receive training in a variety of meditative practices including, breath, insight, and passage. Through continued practice, individuals gain an increased ability to harmonize the body and mind, directing both thought and action toward positive goals. While meditation is included in many of our treatment packages, everyone can benefit from the attentive instruction and workshops offered by Bamboo Garden Yoga.
