These services are available for beginners and elite athletes alike. The free weight and functional training based program specializes in turning those who have long given up on themselves into competitive level athletes. The fitness center is beyond state of the art, with the newest in fitness equipment technology. The future of fitness is in the Performance Fitness Division of The Delray Center For Healing.
Massage Services
Provided by our experienced license massage therapists. Services include deep tissue, Swedish, neuromuscular and Cranio-Sacral massages. These can be done in either relaxing or invigorating manners, for either focused partial body or full body massages. The combination of a fitness training session followed by a full body massage is a popular choice. |
