The Delray Center for Healing is one of the most advanced outpatient treatment centers in the United States. The Center incorporates the latest, evidenced-based psychological and medical therapies to provide comprehensive outpatient treatment of Eating Disorders, Substance Abuse, Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bi-Polar Disorders, Trauma and Personality Disorders. The multidisciplinary treatment provides care that consistently yields positive clinical results with even the most difficult and complex cases.
Primary therapists at the Delray Center are responsible for performing a wide range of patient care activities. Therapists report directly to the Medical Director and Clinical Director. Applicants will be responsible for a clinical caseload including group, individual, couples and family therapy. The primary therapist is responsible for maintaining close communication with family members or significant others. The candidate will participate on a multidisciplinary care team focused on holistic and effective interventions for clients within our care community.
The Delray Center employs a wide array of therapeutic modalities to treat our clients. These include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PET), among others. Training or certification in these therapeutic modalities is not required but will be considered favorably.
